Ubiquiti Networks UniFi Pro 24-Port PoE Managed L2/L3 Gigabit Power over Ethernet (PoE) Overview:

USW-Pro-24-PoE-EU is a cutting-edge network switch that delivers enterprise-grade performance. It is recommended for high-density networks for its multiple top-notch features: Featuring 16 GbE 802.3at PoE+ RJ45 ports, 8 GbE, 802.3bt PoE++ RJ45 ports, and 2 10G SFP+ ports, which makes this a fully managed and layer3 UniFi network switch. This second-generation network switch provides 400W total PoE availability, enough for powering bandwidth-intensive devices such as high-resolution security cameras.

Port-Density:

USW-Pro-24-PoE offers 24 PoE ports. 16 of them are PoE+ and 8 are PoE++ RJ45 Ethernet ports. These ports have a total 400W PoE budget that can easily power your network-intensive devices. 

Each port is capable of delivering 44 Gbps non-blocking throughput along with 88 Gbps switching capacity. In addition, there are two 10G SFP+ ports for 10 Gbps uplink options to expand the network using compatible devices. 

Layer 3 Capabilities:

USW-Pro 24 switch offers advanced capabilities of layer 3. It can facilitate routing between VLANs, reduce network latency, and support multiple routing protocols such as RIP, OSPF, and EIGRP. Furthermore, it can support many advanced features such as QoS, ACLs, IPv6 support, and DHCP server functionality.

Silent Cooling:

USW Pro 24 has a fanless cooling mechanism. This silent cooling comes in handy when there is a noise-sensitive working environment. 

Power Redundancy:

This UniFi Pro PoE switch features a power redundancy that is quite reliable. As soon as the failure of the UniFi switch power supply, USP-RPS starts supplying power automatically to the failed device. In other words, it is equipped with an external DC power interface; hence, in case the internal PSU fails, it starts working with a separate power adapter as a backup. 

Touchscreen Display:

It has a 1.3" touchscreen display. This display allows you to monitor connected devices as well as troubleshoot. 

UniFi Network Controller:

This PoE++ Switch from Ubiquiti Networks can easily integrate with the UniFi Network Controller. Comes with powerful software that has an intuitive and user-friendly interface, allowing you to monitor, manage, control, and configure all connected devices, including network switches.
